Kaidora Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Be in its original condition with all tags attached
  • Not be altered or modified in any way
  • Not be worn or used

 

How to Request a Return

To initiate the return process, please contact our support team via email at support@kaidora.shop. We will respond to your email within 1–2 business days with further instructions. Please ensure you provide your order number and a clear reason for the return in your initial email.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility conditions. If approved, a refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that refunds via Shopify Payments may take additional time to process due to bank processing times. You will receive an email notification once the refund has been processed.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@kaidora.shop.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact our support team via email at support@kaidora.shop with a clear description of the issue and a photo of the item. We will provide a replacement or a refund, depending on your preference and item availability.

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping cost. For orders over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the returned item is not lost in transit. Please keep a record of your return tracking number, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
